Athletic Foundation
Building better movement quality, coordination, balance, body control, and confidence.
Coming Soon
I am currently finalizing the program details for youth athletic development classes, including gym scheduling, class times, pricing, parent waivers, and registration.
The goal is to build a safe, structured training option for young athletes who want to become faster, quicker, more agile, more balanced, and more explosive.
Youth training is in the planning stage right now. I am figuring out the full class setup before opening registration, so details like exact class times, age groups, pricing, parent forms, waivers, and gym scheduling are still being finalized.
If you are a parent interested in this for your athlete, feel free to reach out. I can keep you updated as the structure comes together.

Developing jump ability, force production, and athletic power through age-appropriate training.
The current idea is to run one-hour youth athletic development sessions for around $25 per athlete, with discounts for siblings. The final schedule, class size, and registration process will depend on gym availability and the details still being worked through.
Please fill out the interest form and I will reach out as the youth athletic development details come together.
